Returns Policy
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We don't offer refunds on custom items or pick n mix.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment and are unable to issue a refund until we have received the delivery.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We ask that you check your items thoroughly upon delivery.
You must notify us of any damages or shortages within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence by email. We will not be able to process any loss or damage claims after this period has elapsed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, this can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
